How a Party is run?

 

The party is run by CRB cleared actors and can be tailored made to any theme you have, or you can use any of the current themes:

 

 

The party can last for 1 hour, 1.5 hours or 2 hours and be held in your own home or a hired venue. A hired venue its best, that way you won’t be worrying about your possessions. However, if you have a large enough space in your home, and are happy for the party to be held there, we can accommodate this instead of a hall. 

The party organiser and helpers arrive with a script; costumes, music and props then the children are entertained for the length of the party. The party co-ordinators will need to arrive at the venue half an hour beforehand to set up. If you do wish a party game to be included that can also be accommodated. After the drama has been run, we leave the host to run the birthday tea.

 

What does it cost?

£150 for 1 hour party    £180 for 1.5 hours         £200 2 hours party.

 

 

Q.       What is required from the party booker?

A.       A deposit of £50 is payable. This is deducted from the invoice.  An application form needs to

          completed and returned beforehand giving details of:

 

          1. How many children will there be boys, girls or both sexes?

          2. Length of party 1 hour, 1.5 hours, or 2 hours?

          3. Would you like other items to be provided? e.g. party bags?

          4. Venue address, location and start time of party.
